Q. What is the actual price I will pay for my Energy Performance Certificate?

A. You will pay £35.00 for your EPC and nothing more.

Q. Is the Home Information Pack HIP Code compliant?

A. Yes, the Home Information Pack is compiled by an approved specialist company who supply fully compliant Home Information Packs to the trade, ie estate agents and HIP resellers, who can then re-badge the HIP to their own brand and sell it on with a large mark-up. So the HIP you will recieve through us could very likely be produced by the same company that your local estate agent uses and, as we do not mark up the price of the HIP, probably charges much more for!

Q. How long will it take for my HIP to be ready?

A. You should be able to legaly market your property within 2-3 working days of your EPC being undertaken.

Q. How much will I actually pay for my HIP? Are there any extras that will sneak in further down the line?

A. You will pay £198.00 inclussive for a Freehold Registered Property or £228.00 inclussive for a Registered Leasehold property. For this price your fully compliant HIP, including its EPC, will be produced and made available electronically for you and your estate agent to distribute how you choose.

Q. Your booking form requires a £35.00 deposit for my HIP. How do I pay for the balance?

A. Once you have booked your HIP you will recieve a text message with details of how to access your HIP assembly page where you can track its progress. There will also be a payment section where you can pay the outstanding balance securely by card or even defer your payment by nine months, subject to terms.

Q. The time slots on your booking page are two hours long, can you give an exact time of arrival?

A. We will aim to be at your property as early in your designated time slot as possible, for example if you book between 10 and 12 it will be our target to be with you at 10am, but we can not guarantee a more specific time and provide our services at such a low cost.

Q. I would like to book my EPC but the time slots I would like to choose have already been taken, what can I do?

A. The Special Offer is a first come first served deal but there may be some room available if your property happens to be close by to other booked surveys. Give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
